This small-batch boutique blend that burns with the best of them, and was co-created by Alec Bradley and Alliance Cigar. A smooth burst of leather-like flavors are released upon light, but strength remains medium, as too does body and flavor. Vanilla, earth and nuts begin, but lend themselves to a sweet, creamy sarsaparilla and wood flavor to round things out further down the barrel. In honor of the occasion, they have introduced this limited edition, full-bodied cigar, which comes in a hinged, coffin-style cigar box inspired by the original La Aurora Preferidos that debuted back in 1903. This cigar pays tribute to the distinctive coffin of the first Preferidos #1.

This unique piece is only made from Dominican tobacco and uses a habano 92 wrapper over corojo, olor and piloto cubano fillers. Made up of a Criollo binder and a Cuban-seed wrapper that are both cultivated on this estate and loaded with all AJ Fernandez long-fillers, this is one golden smoking experience you can't afford to miss.

La Aurora Barrel Aged is a cigar with a resounding start with hints of black pepper, that later give way to more complex and delicate flavors. In addition, there are notes of wood throughout the whole smoke, along with hints of cinnamon and nuts. It has a powerful, creamy finish.

This cigar is aged for six years before spending another six months aging in barrels of rum. This gives the final cigar its aromatic notes from aging in a barrel, as well as the toasted wood notes.
