OUR POLICY IS SIMPLE: At Klaro, we stand behind our products. Our non-cigar products can be returned in their original condition, within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

We will provide a return shipping label and provide a full refund within 24 hours of receipt.

No returns or refunds on cigars.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

This site offers subscriptions of either 4 cigars for $49.99 per month or 10 cigars for $99.99 per month. Gifts are not treated as subscriptions and will only be billed on a one time basis.

Once a subscription has been billed, there are no refunds given for that subscription for any reason.

The first time you subscribe you will be billed immediately and your cigars will ship within 1 - 2 business days.

Afterwards, you will be billed on the 15th of each month.

If you cancel from the 1st to the 15th of the month, you will not be billed nor will you receive cigars for the current months subscription, however, if you cancel from the 15th to the 30th of the month, you will be billed and shipped the current month’s subscription but your subscription will be cancelled thereafter.
