Easy to set-up online: I selected the exact date of delivery, the quantity of cigars to gift per month, the flavor profile he enjoys, andthe number of months to deliver the gift. It is a gift that speaks for itself, letting the recipient that you put thought and care into their special day. The only thing I would do differently is to choose a flavor profile that he's not familiar with. He would have the cost-free, risk-free opportunity to broaden his knowledge and 'menu'...lol! I also have my own, ongoing subscription. I'm considering bumping my monthly shipment from 3 to 5 cigars and broadening my flavor profile. I love getting quality cargars in flavors, sizes, and shapes that I do not ordinarily order when restocking my humidor. I keep the wrappers of the ones I really enjoy and would consider purchasing. I'm not disciplined enough to have done this yet, but I would benefit if I took a quick note on why I liked a specific cigar that I earmark for purchase at a later time.

United StatesTerrible - specified I wanted cigars shipped on a certain date so as to not spoil before Christmas. They were shipped immediately and when I called to complain the only resolution was that I ship them back to have them reissued at a later date, or they would give me 30% off ordering a humidifier from them… so I took my lunch break to ship them back which was an inconvenience. I was honestly so turned off by this whole experience, that I ended up canceling my entire six-month subscription order. Will not use this company again.
