Yes - you can cancel or pause your Membership at any time; there is absolutely no obligation when you sign up. If you need to cancel, pause or adjust your subscription, you have two options: 

1. Log in to Klaro Cigars and select cancel through the cancel membership tab

2. Please send us an email at support@klarocigars.com

Once you're logged in, you also have the option to pause your subscription, change the amount/price of your subscription (4 or 10 cigars/mo), or even change your profile's general strength settings. 

Your first package will be shipped within 2-5 business days of your first order. 

Recurring orders will renew on the 15th of the following month and shipped out 2-5 days after the 15th.
