After teasing its annual limited-edition cigar at the 2026 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans in April of this year, Cavalier Genève has agreed to send us a few dozen of its LE2026 release. Also known as the "LE Blue Label" in certain smoking circles, this top-secret smoke is one of the rarest Honduran releases money can buy.
While the blend is never disclosed, only one size is produced per production run, which does vary depending on the year. For 2026, Cavalier has gone with a slender 6½″ x 47 parejo, complete with the LE's iconic navy blue, gold, and white band motif. All told, only 1,948 boxes of ten were produced for the 2026 release, of which 1,000 boxes were set aside for the United States.
The reason for this oddball number of boxes is that it represents the melting point of gold, which, last we checked, was indeed still 1,948°F. Take a look at the gold foil leaf placed upon cigars like the Cavalier Genève Project Broadleaf Skywalker, the BII Viso Jalapa, and other blends within the company's portfolio, and you will see the significance of this box count.
Due to these ultra-limited production numbers, we strongly suggest snagging the LE2026 before it is gone, because once our allocation is gone, it's gone forever. Cavalier remains adamant about never reproducing or re-releasing an LE blend, thus making them one of the most sought-after small-production cigars on the planet.
