I replied and told them I was still going through the seasoning process and hadn’t put any cigars in it yet. But so far the only negative thing I had to say was when I received it from Amazon it had a very small chip right under the lid that you could only really see when the lid was open so it wasn’t a big deal. They emailed me with some tips on how to troubleshoot the seasoning process and asked me for my address. I sent them my address and they sent me out a replacement, which was surprising to me since I told them it wasn’t a big deal. If you’re just starting out in the cigar hobby like me you couldn’t ask for a better experience. It’s a great humidor to get your collection started and you can tell they really want your repeat business.
