La Palina debuted this 1948 line at the 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show in honor of chairman Bill Paley's 75th birthday.

With notes of cedar, natural vanilla sweetness, gentle pepper, and baking spices, the La Palina 1948 bursts at the seams thanks to its two-year-old sun-grown Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and Nicaraguan fillers cultivated by Oliva. The La Palina Blue Label is an extremely refined smoke. Built on a base of strong Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos, La Palina’s revised version of the Blue Label now contains a Sumatran wrapper from Ecuador to help bring a whole new level of flavor and complexity to the blend. The medium to full-bodied flavor profile brings chocolate, cinnamon, and nutty tastes together to create a complex bouquet of aromas that are all balanced out by a perfect creaminess.

Rich, well-fermented tobaccos from only the best tobacco farms in Nicaragua are used to handcraft the internals of each cigar, which is rolled with an Ecuadorian habano wrapper in the renowned El Titan De Bronze Factory in Miami, Florida.  From the J.C. Newman company, and rolled by the Fuente family, the La Unica name is a steal for the quality you're getting. This mild cigar provides a creamy smooth draw with hints of cocoa, coffee and spice, a great way to start (or finish) a day.

This 91 rated cigar was described as bright and creamy... zesty with touches of lemon peel and dried orange. It's also sweet, with a very prominent note of honey on the palate. From Drew State it's wonderfully crafted with Dominican fillers and finished with a lighter Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper. 

This cigar is a medium-to-full bodied masterpiece with a spicy profile tempered by a tobacco sweetness. It has been constructed with some of the same tobaccos as the renowned Liga Privada. The Undercrown was an invention of the torcedores as the Liga Privada's resources began to run out. This wonderful spin-off was the consequence of their need for anything to resemble smoking while they were at work. It has Nicaraguan binder, Brazilian and Nicaraguan fillers, and a delicious San Andres Maduro wrapper.

Paradise Lost is an aged blend created by Robert Caldwell in collaboration with Room101 founder Matt Booth. It includes filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic, a Dominican binder, and a San Andres Maduro wrapper. With flavors of milk, oak, pepper, and oats, this medium-bodied cigar is a perfectly balanced combination.
