A Maduro lovers dream, this fine cigar is a re-launch of the Murcielago of 2009 made by the My Father brand, that was a huge success. The blend for this cigar was lost when Espinosa split off, and it has taken some time to bring the blend back to its former glory. Enjoy notes of cocoa and sweet spices with this awesome re-release.

The strong blend of Esteban Carreras Cashmere Cigars has an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper and produces a medium-to-full-bodied smoke. Don't let the cigar's wrapper fool you; the blend's all-Nicaraguan core offers an adequate amount of power along with rich notes of cedar, leather, and spice that end in a smooth, fragrant finish not commonly found on Connecticut seed wrappers. Therefore, this is guaranteed to be exactly up your alley if you enjoy the flavor profile of Connecticut Shade but want a cigar with a fair bit of body.

A whole body that is somehow shrouded in creaminess. Its clawed foot and coiled tail honor its namesake, the Chupa Cabra. preserve its exquisite wrap. 

The Chupacabra line, which is among their best-selling models of the Esteban Carreras cigars, recently welcomed the Chupacabra Hellcat. The magnificent Mexican San Andres wrapper of the Esteban Carreras Chupacabra Hellcat is paired with the same binder and inner filler tobaccos as the original Chupacabra. Additionally, the Hellcat is built with a pigtail head and an unfinished foot. What sets the Hellcat apart is that it is box-pressed and has foot bands and wax paper covering it to preserve its exquisite wrap. 

This stick is a Nicaraguan puro made with a rich, exquisite corojo wrapper and a variety of aged filler tobaccos from some of the best growing regions in that part of the world. As a result, this blend provides a rich, medium-bodied smoking experience that should improve with age and further refine in flavor with time. This is the first cigar that Esteban Carreras has made with a corojo wrapper, and apparently the varietal used in this blend was smuggled out of Cuba in the 1990s. Hence the original name of this cigar being Taken From the Devil's Hand and the recently revised title being Taken From the Dictator's Hand.

Esteban Carreras Las Cañas is a premium Nicaraguan cigar launched at PCA 2025, notable for its innovative use of sweetened tobacco throughout the entire blend, not just the tip. It features a rich Habano Maduro wrapper over an undisclosed binder and filler, likely of Nicaraguan origin. The cigar delivers a medium to medium-full strength profile with a natural, balanced sweetness, achieved by spraying sugar water directly onto the tobacco leaves. It is hand-rolled at Tabacalera Carreras.

Tasting Notes:

This oily Connecticut Broadleaf maduro mellows out the more complex Nicaraguan Habano binder and all Nicaraguan filler, lending itself to a very enjoyable medium-strength smoke. One could expect to taste notes of toasted oak, loamy earthiness, dried nuts, baking spice, and cedar throughout.
