The Dapper Cigar Co.'s Cubo Sumatra pays homage to the Cubo brand's debut. The Sumatra line, which was blended nearly five years later, draws on a half-decade of additional experimentation with quality Nicaraguan tobaccos. 

This medium-strength cigar has a reddish Ecuadorian wrapper that enclose a Nicaraguan binder and fillers comprised of Nicaraguan and USA Connecticut Broadleaf tobaccos. A creamy and woodsy flavor with undertones of espresso characterizes the Cubo Sumatra. The ability to improve upon perfection is proven with this cigar. 

Notes of citrus, semi-sweet chocolate, licorice, and cedar are all present in this full-bodied, box-pressed blend. Translated to "The Drunkard," this smoke has a darker San Andrés wrapper from Mexico that is technically not a maduro but a natural varietal, a habano rosado binder leaf, and fillers from Nicaragua's top three growing regions. The El Borracho robusto, which is handcrafted in Nicaragua, was designed to mimic the Padron 1964, and therefore get company founder, Ian Reith, weened off the pricier premium cigar blend. The result is a blend that is brawny yet subtle, and an absolutely beautiful burner.

While not typically a well known brand, Dominican Big Leaguer (DBL) gets their name on the map with this gem. As is normal with Connecticut wrapped cigars, this cigar tends to be on the more mild side, however it does provide flavorful notes of buttered toast, sweet cream, and dried fruits. Diesel's collaboration with Rabbit Hole Distillery is a pleasing cigar that has had its tobacco aged in wooden barrels that once held Rabbit Hole bourbon. Pre-light notes might include caramel and black pepper. Once lit, one could find flavors of cinnamon, oak and vanilla.

Diesel Whiskey Row Sherry Cask is the sequel cigar in the highly acclaimed Diesel Whiskey Row series. It was created in collaboration with Rabbit Hole Distillery and formed by expert cigar blender AJ Fernandez.

Currently rated at 90 points, this cigar is marvelously constructed. With a pigtail cap, this slender stick looks just as amazing as it tastes and smells. Upon cutting, the draw is easy, and smooth, with the pre-light draw bringing forth notes of cured meats and savory herbal sauces. Lit, you will notice a creamy, darker sweetness and a tangy, spicy undertone that does not stop at any point down the length of the barrel.

This hefty cigar is enveloped in an oily Nicaraguan Rosado wrapper, and uses Nicaraguan tobaccos throughout, making this a Nicaraguan puro cigar. The wrapper lends this cigar some spice, while the binder and filler round out the cigar with notes of earth, leather and wood.
