Aladino "Corojo Reserva"

 Aladino Corojo Reserva

A torpedo-tipped Honduran puro with a peppery punch, cedar tastes, and a smooth earthen sweetness. Definitely one of the more obscure smokes on our list today, but a real knockout in the flavor and balance department.

Lovely "Elegante X2"

 Lovely Elegante X2

Currently only available to Klaro Members, this signature line from Lovel Cigars is produced in ultra small batches and released four times per year. Ecuadorian Shade wrapped, smooth, complex, and medium in every way, this cigar won Klaro's "Surprise Stogie of the Show" at PCA 2023

Dapper La Madrina "Shade & Habano"

Dapper La Madrina "Shade & Habano"

Two outstanding smokes from the Dapper Cigar Co. crew, with the shade version just a fuzz milder, but not by much. Definitely an intense yet satisfying set of cigars for seasoned smokers.

Oscar Valladares "Island Jim Connecticut"

 Oscar Valladares "Island Jim Connecticut"

Arguably the funkiest looking cigar we sourced at PCA 2023, this stick is nicknamed the #2 because it was designed to resemble a #2 pencil. This cigar's tobacco blend hasn't been disclosed, but it offers a medium body and juicy fruit, butter, and light pepper flavors.

Blackbird "Finch Sumatra"

 Blackbird "Finch Sumatra"

A milder smoke, with a mellow spiced Sumatran wrapper and an aroma of spiced mango lassi tea and tannin wood. A great introductory Sumatran cigar for those looking to ease into spiced cigar flavor profiles.

Rojas "Shade & Maduro Breakfast Tacos"

Rojas "Shade & Maduro Breakfast Tacos"

Both versions of this petite "Salomon" shaped smoke stood out as a must-stock stick once the PCA Show was complete. The lighter blend is all salted potato chips and doughy bread, while the maduro version offers a magnificent mocha mini smoking experience.

Dapper "Cubo Sumatra"

 Dapper "Cubo Sumatra"

Creamy, spiced but not spicy per se, this is one of the tastiest (and sharpest looking) Sumatran cigars we have ever encountered. Check out our review of the "Cubo Sumatra" for all of the juicy details.

La Palina "Kill Bill/KB Series"

 La Palina "Kill Bill/KB Series"

A full-strength cigar with a peppery, spicy, and earthy profile with notes of mocha, apple, almonds, and leather. Honduran Corojo wrapped, with a double binder made of Honduran Criollo, and a filler made of Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo leaves for additional depth. Our review of the La Palina "KB Series" should illustrate why we were so eager to get this smoke in stock ASAP.

Warped "La Hacienda"

 Warped "La Hacienda"

As the "milder" offering with the Warped corojo line, this Nicaraguan puro packs a shade-grown wrapper to mellow things out, and a blend that favors woodsy and earthy undertones than spicy and intense tastes.

Blackbird "Crow San Andres"

 Blackbird "Crow San Andres"

A toothier, chewier chocolate alternative to the mildly spiced "Finch" mentioned earlier, this oily maduro offers a medley of flavors to delight fans of darker cigars. Value priced and packed with complexity, this is one that really caught us off guard and makes for an outstanding after dinner smoke.

Rojas "Street Tacos Barbacoa"

 Rojas "Street Tacos Barbacoa"

A flavorful, fun, slightly intense smoke, loaded with umami meatiness and a backbone that makes you want to pair this blend with grilled meats. Reviewing Rojas' "Street Tacos Barbacoa" was a blast, as it is a fun one if you are looking for a Sumatran wrapped cigar that is not too intense.

La Palina "Goldie"

 La Palina "Goldie"

Arguably the rarest cigar we currently stock here at Klaro, this flag capped and gorgeously wrapped, this limited release is blended with "Medio Tiempo" leaf, which is found in just 10% of tobacco plants. The filler comes from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic, and the wrapper is Ecuadorian Habano. Peppery and nutty with a finish of wood, cocoa, and walnut.

Warped "Nicotina"

 Warped "Nicotina"

Originally a brand produced in Havana in 1880, the brand was brought back to life by Warped in 2022. An intense, full strength smoke made entirely out of Aganorsa tobacco from Nicaragua. Review coming soon...

Dapper "Siempre Rosado"

 Dapper "Siempre Rosado"

Featuring an Ecuadorian Habano maduro wrapper with a rose color, concealing a Nicaraguan Jalapa binder and Connecticut and Nicaraguan leaf filler. An intriguing interaction of woody, earthy, sweetness, and spicy flavors with a hint of citrus is offered by this unique three-nation combination. A silky smoke for fans of full flavors and strength profiles.

Oscar Valladares "Altar Q Sumatra"

 Oscar Valladares "Altar Q Sumatra"

This cigar's warm flavors include hints of coffee, nuts, and spice. It is a medium-strength, delicious smoke. A Honduran binder and filler are covered by a light-brown Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. The Oscar Valladares "Altar Q" was built by hand in Honduras in recognition of the country's vibrant Mayan culture.

La Palina "Label Line"

 La Palina "Label Line"

From a medium, roasted cocoa and toasted nut Habano, to a dark, coffee-rich earthy Oscuro. All the way to a honey and biscuit tasting Connecticut wrapped variant, any of these cigars are sure to offer something for everyone. Check out our review of the La Palina "White Label" to see what we mean.

Oscar Valladares "The Oscar Connecticut"

 Oscar Valladares "The Oscar Connecticut"

A new Connecticut variation of the Oscar brand that made its debut at the 2023 PCA Convention & Trade Show. This new line uses fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua on top of a Honduran Connecticut wrapper and a Honduran binder. A candela leaf covers the lower two-thirds of the cigar instead of cellophane, while notes of cedar, almonds, and vanilla balance out the stronger aspects of the blend. "The Oscar Connecticut" comes highly reviewed and well-loved, and is now a permanent part of the Klaro portfolio.

Blackbird "Glitch Series"

 Blackbird "Glitch Series"

Like the La Palina "Label" lineup, we opted to stock the trifecta of habano, claro, and oscuro wrapped cigars from Blackbird's "Glitch Series." Apparently these cigars started life as a happy accident, and due to their delicious nature have quickly become crowd favorites.

Warped "Sky Moon"

Warped "Sky Moon"

This brand-new Nicaraguan puro that takes ingredients from the Warped "Sky Flower" and blends it with the brand's "Moon Garden" cigar contents. Currently restricted to a limited run of just 25,000 sticks, this hybrid blend creates a creamy concoction to make full-strength cigar smoking a cinch.

Liga Perfecta "Rum Habano"

 Liga Perfecta "Rum Habano"

As the only "infused" cigar sourced from PCA 2023, this blend takes Nicaraguan tobacco, and blends it with San Andres and Honduran leaf. The result is a toasty, aromatic smoke with the generous full body taste, along with a tropical splash of La Flor de Cana rum.
