The Kristoff Guardrail pays homage to a serious motorcycle accident that involved Kristoff founder, Glen Case, a few years back. While Glen is all good now, he has decided to release a cigar commemorating that detrimental day, and the free-wheeling spirit that lives inside all of us.

Guardrail is a medium-to-full bodied cigar, primarily blended with a dark maduro leaf wrapper out of Brazil and some undisclosed strains from the Dominican Republic inside. It also features a unique tobacco strain from Zimbabwe, Africa. The result is a blend that is complex, with notes of caramel, French roast coffee, dry cocoa, sweet cedar, allspice, and a signature creamy Kristoff finish.

Like the cowboys that smoke these sorts of sticks, the Corojo Limitada remains a straight-shooter; sticking with its guns and aiming for flavors of mixed herb tea and black tea, with white and green riding alongside. Citrus and spice give a tip of the hat as you exhale, with the nostrils detecting more honey, lemon, and ginger than star anise and peppercorn.
