Piece Unique from Gellis Family Cigars takes its name from the world of Horological references. When famed watch making houses produce a special 1 of 1 piece, it is often referred to as a “Piece Unique”.

Each release of Piece Unique from Gellis Family Cigars will utilize the same methodology, only crafting the interior blend one time. Each bale of tobacco utilized within Piece Unique was hand sourced by Kyle Gellis. From the Grade 1 Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade Wrapper from ASP and marked as Bale #3BW, to each bale of fillers from Nicaragua and Dominican Republic.

The process to complete Piece Unique has been a long one, from start of the process to final ending was a 2 year period to source these tobaccos and get the blend to define the vision that was set for it.

Packaged in piano finished boxes of lined with Spanish Cedar of 15 cigars, only 500 boxes of this blend were crafted, all of which were aged for a full year in Spanish Cedar after rolling.

The "Macanudo Estate Reserve Flint Knoll No. 2" is the second partnership between Macanudo and the Napa Valley vineyard Flint Knoll.

Created in Estelí, Nicaragua, by the renowned AJ Fernandez, the Viva La Vida Connecticut puts a sophisticated spin on the brash attitude that made the song so popular. Wrapped in a smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, this cigar has a medium-bodied, rich, complex, and unquestionably pleasing character. 

The blend of Nicaraguan binder and fillers behind the creamy shell is hand-selected to preserve the richness, brightness, and distinctive flair that Viva La Vida smokers have come to expect. With hints of cedar, roasted almonds, sweet cream, and white pepper, each puff offers a rich and well-balanced smoking experience without compromising flavor.

In 2018, master blender Willy Herrera created the outstanding Herrera Estelí line of cigars for Drew Estate, one of which includes the Herrera Estelí Brazilian Maduro. Strong and rich, this cigar has distinct notes of citrus, coffee, cocoa, and pepper. Packing an all-Nicaraguan filler, a Connecticut Broadleaf binder, and an oily Brazilian Mata Fina wrapper, this robust stogie packs plenty of powerful flavors to appease even the most hardcore cigar smoker's palate. 

In collaboration with Jim Robinson, a Pittsburgh-based retailer who works with Oscar Valladares in his Danli, Honduras factory, Oscar and Jim have developed a new blend known as "Island Jim."

The cigar currently only available in one size, which is named the #2 because it was designed to resemble a #2 pencil. This cigar's tobacco blend hasn't been disclosed, but it offers a medium body and good, strong tobacco flavors. It has juicy fruit, butter, and light pepper flavors.

As a slight spinoff of the original Serie R, the Esteli got revamped with a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper instead of an Ecuadorian Sumatra, as well as making the filler tobacco ligero and seco Nicaraguan. This stick is brimming with flavors from chocolate to baking spices, and leather, and everything in between. 

In order to create a new Macanudo line that featured tobacco aged in French oak barrels that previously held a single vineyard cabernet sauvignon, General Cigar Co. collaborated with Flint Knoll, a small winery in Napa, California.

While the wrapper is an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade varietal with a honey-hued color, this isn't a mild smoke by any means, for the filler tobaccos are dark and potent. Mata Fina from Brazil, Piloto Cubano and Olor from the Dominican Republic, as well as some Nicaraguan Jalapa leaf are all bound inside by a Connecticut Broadleaf binder. It is this leaf that rested inside those French oak barrels from Flint Knoll, resulting in a toasted tannin crispness, and a unique olfactory experience you have to smoke to believe.

The El Septimo Augustus Connecticut from the Zaya Collection is an elegant 5 × 52 robusto wrapped in a smooth Connecticut shade leaf. Named for the first Roman Emperor, this mild-to-medium cigar offers refined notes of cream, vanilla, light cedar, and toasted almond. Currently on allocation — available for pre-order.
