Rarest of the Rare Coffin Cigars: La Aurora "120th Anniversary LE"

Introducing one of the most exclusive cigars we have ever stocked here at Klaro: "The 120th Anniversary Limited Edition" by La Aurora

To honor the first cigars made by La Aurora in 1903, this limited release is coming to you exclusively in an old-school Preferidos #1 double perfecto vitola. This Dominican puro retains only the very best leaves from the already outstanding La Aurora "120th Anniversary" and packs it all into an ultra-rare 6 x 58 double perfecto vitola.

Top-tier tobacco ingredients include a bright and cedary '92 Habano wrapper, an earthy Olor binder, and a mixture of Corojo, Olor, and Piloto Cubano fillers to crank things up in flavor.

Limited to just 2,500 boxes, with only 10 cigars per box, La Aurora claims that it spared no expense in producing this honorary cigar celebrating its 120th anniversary this year. La Aurora is currently the Dominican Republic’s oldest operating cigar factory, and only its most skilled torcedores were commissioned with the task of rolling each of these sticks by hand.

Each cigar comes packaged inside a super slick hinged coffin, which according to La Aurora, was how the original Preferidos #1 were first packaged and presented.

Naturally, stock is extremely limited with this one, and we only received about a dozen boxes. So fair warning there, for once this blend is gone, you'll probably have a difficult time tracking it down again.
