2025 Klaro BBQ Cigar Bundle: 5 Smokes to Spark Up at Your Next Cookout

Before you fire up the grill, throw a pound of pellets in the hopper, or split some hardwood for throwing in the stick burner, take a moment to assess what you plan to puff while you are smoking. Cigars and barbecue are meant to go together, and having the right blend on hand is just as crucial as knowing what sort of dry rub to use or marinade mixture to whip up.

As avid barbeque enthusiasts ourselves, we here at Klaro find ourselves routinely sparking stogies while gathered around the grill, and want to share some of our favorite blends with you, our Klaro Crew.

That's why we've put together an all-new, 2025 Edition of the Klaro BBQ Bundle. Smokes that are ideal for savoring right alongside those simmering sides of savory meat, grilled veggies, and that random slab of tofu you put on the grate for your hippie auntie. All of the blends below are quite different from one another, and are available for purchase via a 5-pack or a whole box if a certain stick suits your fancy.

So, let's get cooking, shall we?

GPC 1502 Emerald

GPC Emerald Cigar

🔥 Buy 5-Pack 🔥

Although it may look leather-like and intense, the 1502 Emerald by Global Premium Cigars (GPC) is a surprisingly mellow smoke. Crafted by Plasencia Cigars down in Nicaragua, this cigar boasts a burnt umber corojo Nicaraguan habano wrapper leaf layered over a Nicaraguan binder, and comes filled with leaves from Mexico and Nicaragua. Milder in body and strength, but medium-plus in flavor, one can expect dried tropical fruit notes, chewy cereal grains, lush vanilla, spiced cedar, and a medium-grade level of sweetness.

This is a slow-burning, aromatic cigar sporting tobacco that has received no fewer than five years of continued care and additional aging. So we suggest smoking one when you have a moment to truly absorb all of the subtler nuances that this smoke offers.

Rojas Street Tacos Cinco de Mayo 2025 LE

Rojas Street Tacos Cinco de Mayo 2025 LE

Arguably one of the most highly anticipated annual releases from a boutique cigar maker,  the Cinco de Mayo version of "Street Tacos" by Rojas Cigars has seen monumental success since its launch. Featuring a different blend every year, and extremely limited in quantity, this specialty smoke is one we always try to grab as much of as we can when it comes out. Why? Because it doesn't have to be Cinco de Mayo for you to enjoy this sensational stogie.

For the 2025 Street Tacos Cinco de Mayo Limited Edition, Rojas went with a heavily fermented habano maduro wrapper, a San Andrés Mexican binder, and a mixture of Nicaraguan and Connecticut Broadleaf long-filler. The result is this unique Oaxacan mole sauce of a cigar flavor profile, where umami leather notes mix with roasted chilis, pepper, spices, and cinnamon. This is a hardwood tannin-oriented cigar, with tastes and aromas of mesquite, oak, and hickory wood, making it an ideal pairing with a grapefruit paloma and some time spent searing carne asada on the Santa Maria.

Warped Serie Gran Reserva 1988

Warped Serie Gran Reserva 1988

🔥 Buy 5-Pack 🔥

The aromatics, taste, and transitions found within the Serie Gran Reserva 1988 from Warped Cigars bank upon being bold and are an ideal BBQ blend for fans of fiery red tobacco. 100% Nicaraguan puro to the core, all of which are supplied by none other than Aganorsa Leaf, this premium cigar blend remains one of our best sellers here at Klaro.

Creamy, but in a medium-bodied sense, the core of this cigar creates an intriguing apple and cereal grain taste that is reminiscent of "Apple Jacks" breakfast cereal, but without the risk of slipping into a sugary diabetic coma. In contrast with these unusual flavor profiles, you will encounter a bouquet of dried flower aromatics, some dry cedar notes, and a bit of char. This may remind many of you of the scent found when lighting a cigar with a cedar spill, and makes this little robusto all the more magnificent when paired with a cup of suds and some spicy chicken wings.

Kristoff Guardrail

Kristoff Guardrail

🔥 Buy 5-Pack 🔥

Without question, Guardrail by Kristoff is the darkest stogie in this bundle, and one of the most peculiar. Sure, the signature Kristoff Cigars pigtail cap and semi-closed foot are instantly notable, but it's what is on the inside that counts.

This cigar features a unique tobacco strain from Zimbabwe, Africa, which, when combined with some undisclosed strains from the Dominican Republic, adds a very unique earthy quality to the whole smoking experience. Medium-to-full in body and quite full in flavor, Guardrail places an opaque Brazilian maduro leaf wrapper on the outside, and supports it with a medium-powered Dominican binder. The result is a blend that is complex, with notes of caramel, French roast coffee, dry cocoa, sweet cedar, allspice, and a signature creamy Kristoff finish.

Caldwell Pepper Cream Soda 10th Anniversary

Caldwell Lost & Found - Pepper Cream Soda 10th Anniversary

🔥 Buy 5-Pack 🔥

The final cigar in the 2025 Klaro BBQ Bundle is the rarest of the lot, and potentially the most unorthodox. The remainder of the limited-edition, 10th Anniversary version of Robert Caldwell's Lost and Found Pepper Cream Soda is currently being held in Klaro's vault, and this bundle gives you the chance to sample this obscure stick before it disappears forever.

Rolled with an oily Brazilian-seed arapiraca wrapper, bound by a Dominican piloto cubano binder, and filled with more piloto leaf, Cuban-seed HVA, and a pinch of habano, this blend takes the same recipe as the regular version from Caldwell Cigar Co. and turns it all up to eleven. This is achieved by the usage of higher primings of leaves on the tobacco plant, as well as an additional amount of aging. The result is a blend that tastes just like a cream soda sprinkled with freshly cracked pepper, accompanied by a potent amount of cedar, almonds, and an effervescent finish.
