Straying from the norm of dark, oily and bold, Partagas has created this masterpiece. A lighter smoke that is still flavor packed. Whether you're a seasoned smoker looking for a more mild option, or a new cigar smoker getting your foot in the door, this cigar provides plenty of complexity for either with notes of sweet cream, leather and buttered toast.

TASTING NOTES:

Boasting #16 cigar of 2021 and a 93-point rating, the Joya Silver line is a can't-miss smoke. Immediately in your face with dark chocolate and coffee flavors, the cigar mellows out to expose elements of a dessert-like sweetness, and even some dark cherry.

This mix uses Nicaraguan fillers, a Mexican binder, and an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. The box's artwork was remade to closely resemble the original boxes that were bought and sold in the port of Green Bay, Wisconsin, more than 120 years ago. This is their signature line, produced in small batches and released four times per year. A strong peppercorn, natural tobacco, and coffee flavor can be found, along with a meatiness. Off the foot, pepper and sweeter natural tobacco.

Perdomo Cigars sure knows how to impress when it comes time to honor its brand heritage and history. Take this sun-grown, 10th Anniversary variant for instance. A Nicaraguan puro to its core, this blend utilizes six-year aged Cuban-seed wrappers and filler tobaccos hand picked from Perdomo's farms in Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa Valley. Additionally, the wrapper portion of the cigar gets an extra 10 months of bourbon barrel-aging for added aromatics and flavor. The result is a medium to full-bodied blend filled with oak tannins, vanilla, and earthen flavors, as well as hints of spice and sweetness on the finish. 

Nomos is the inaugural cigar from a company out of the Northeast. It is a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler surrounded by a flavorful Indonesian binder and finished with a beautiful Cameroon leaf wrapper.

This Dominican hand-crafted cigar from Buffalo Trace, boasts a rich Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper and a rich blend composed of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco. All of this rich flavor is bound by an exotic Brazilian Arapiraca binder that has been exposed to a unique aging process.

Tasting Notes:

From the industry giant, Cohiba, comes this smooth, medium bodied cigar. Boasting mostly sweet notes of caramel, cinnamon, and cocoa, this lighter wrapper is anything but subtle. 

In collaboration with Jim Robinson, a Pittsburgh-based retailer who works with Oscar Valladares in his Danli, Honduras factory, Oscar and Jim have developed a new blend known as "Island Jim."

The cigar currently only available in one size, which is named the #2 because it was designed to resemble a #2 pencil. This cigar's tobacco blend hasn't been disclosed, but it offers a medium body and good, strong tobacco flavors. It has juicy fruit, butter, and light pepper flavors.

Blackbird's Glitch cigars were unintentionally produced as a consequence of an oversight in production when tobacco batches were jumbled up during the rolling process. The blenders, however, soon ceased complaining after tasting the results and set to work duplicating this "happy accident."

The Blackbird Glitch Claro offers a rich and flavorful smoke. It is made up of American and Dominican filler leaves tucked inside a Mexican binder and coated in a Connecticut wrapper leaf. This Glitch, which has a medium body and a flush of flavor, can end up becoming your favorite error, so get yours right away. 

This cigar is handmade in the Dominican Republic. Its Indonesian binder and long-filler tobaccos from the USA and the Dominican Republic are covered by a light brown Sumatra wrapper.

The Finch is a delightful mild smoke with smooth overtones of white pepper, coffee, and light spice that was created by renowned blender Jonas Santana.

Tasting Notes:

Constructed in the cigar boom of the 1990s, this is a true classic cigar. Upon cutting the cap, there are notes of peat, some nuttiness, and citrus. With the first light, some notes of baking spices and citrus can be noticed. The cigar provides plumes of smoke. As the cigar burns further, there are notes of nuttiness, coffee, and caramel.

Jake Wyatt’s Appendix II was created to form a smooth and creamy masterpiece. This stick is rolled with a special Connecticut Shade wrapper from Ecuador and Jake Wyatt’s proprietary blend of aged Dominican filler, creating this ultra-smooth, mild-medium cigar that is right for any occasion.
