United StatesThis cigar was nothing to write home about. As a matter of fact, I didn’t like it at all. It was really hard to get a draw from, almost impossible actually. Little to no flavor. That said. The people at Klaro are supper awesome and very helpful. Their support and respond time is awesome. I appreciate what you do and look forward to future subscriptions.
United StatesSmoked the moon trance for first time and thoroughly enjoyed surprisingly since not usual fan of this type of cigar. Do yourself a flavor and try them soon !!! Also customer service is the best and shout out to Jon for making things right!!!!
United StatesI am updating my review based upon the level of customer service from Klaro, not for this flavored cigar. I did not smoke it as I do not like flavored cigars. I did throw it away. That being said, Klaro read my review and reached out to me. As a monthly subscriber, I receive 4-5 cigars a month and all (except the flavored cigars) have been top quality and sticks I've enjoyed very much. Klaro set out to make things right with me by after reading my previous review on this smoke. To say they went above and beyond, would be an understatement. I see that they are a company of integrity who value their clients and will do all within their power to make sure we are happy. Well done Klaro!!! Ben
