United States United StatesThis is a follow up review from my original post. After posting my original post Klaro’s support team reached out to me and sent me a new 5 pack of these cigars. They apologized for the underwhelming experience that I had and wanted to make things right. This was not only unexpected but greatly appreciated. I wish more companies had this kind of support / customer service. I finally got a chance to smoke the cigars with a friend and I have to say they were a nice smoke. You could taste the bourbon and I got some leathery and oaky notes as well. For the price point it is a great smoke! Once again I want to say thank you Klaro for the amazing customer support!
