Who here is ready for a super small batch premium cigar blend? And by that, we mean SUPER small batch and brand-new to North America. Oh good, we have a few takers. Well, for those of you who just raised your hand, now is your chance to get Certitude by Chateau Diadem, which has just arrived at Klaro as an exclusive offering for our Klaro Members Club.
We stumbled upon Chateau Diadem when in attendance at PCA 2025, and were immediately impressed by what we saw, smelled, and later smoked. While the Dominican micro brand only rolls one blend, it has gone on to rake in numerous 90+ point reviews from renowned publications like Cigar Journal and CigarsLover Magazine. Furthermore, the company as a whole was nominated by Cigar Journal in 2024 for being the "Best Dominican Boutique Brand," a tip of the hat that speaks volumes about the quality of the craftsmanship contained within each stick.

The smoke is called Certitude, which is the rebranded, America-exclusive version of the company's Conviction line. Both blends rely upon the exact same recipe, but are given different names to avoid some U.S. oriented copyright infringement concerns that arose a while back.
Featuring an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper, a Dominican Olor binder, and a rich filler blend consisting of Dominican Piloto Cubano and Criollo strains, as well as a pinch of Nicaraguan Criollo leaf for an earthen terroir touch, this medium-to-full-bodied cigar is a treat for the senses. Highlighted by intense, European-inspired aromatics, the cigar opens with notes of roasted tree nuts and brushed suede, before moving on to a medley of dried fig, mixed peppercorns, a pinch of coffee, and a mixture of milk and white chocolate.
Only the very best specimens are released to the public once rolled, all of which are allowed to rest for no fewer than 6 months to allow the tobacco strains to mix and mature into what the company calls a "refined medley of taste." The result is a genuine gem of a small-batch smoke that deserves to be savored and smelled deeply both before light, and while being smoked.

Now, as for the company itself, Chateau Diadem was created by a couple of cousins, Emily and Thierry, who hail from Geneva and share a similar passion for cigars. Over the years, these two have been through every imaginable trial and tribulation together. From third-party production problems resulting in terminated shady partnerships, to tobacco sourcing issues and branding and marketing miscues, it's been one hell of a rocky road for Emily and Thierry up until this point.
Yet despite all of these hurdles, and the constant risk of financial ruin looming overhead, the cousins soldiered on. With Emily's graphic design work, networking skills, and marketing prowess steering the ship, and Thierry's extensive tobacco knowledge and factory-oriented skill sets serving as the rudder, the two turned their fortitude into a fledgling boutique brand stogie success story.
And we aren't kidding when we say that this is easily the smallest boutique cigar brand we've ever stocked. All told, there are only seventeen employees in the factory at any given point, with each cigar being bunched and rolled by one of six skilled artisans. The result? Well, let's just say you have to smoke this one to believe it, and that we cannot wait to bring you a complete Klaro review of this magnificent smoke.
"More than a luxury product, a Chateau Diadem cigar is tied to moments of conviviality and celebration, or meditation and relaxation."
